Get to Know Hope

Hope is at the heart of who we are because it is only by God’s grace that we exist. He has brought this group of believers together to glorify His Son, Jesus Christ— His sacrifice and resurrection grant us peace with God and the promise of heaven. His grace is woven into every ministry and act of worship within our church.

Partnership is also essential. It reflects both the deep fellowship we share as a church family and the open invitation we extend to those around us. As one body, we strive to maintain the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:3). As a beacon in our community, we offer peace to the troubled, forgiveness to the burdened, and hope to the weary.

The Church, however, holds the highest significance because of its divine purpose. While “Hope” and “Partnership” represent who we aim to be, “Church” is God’s designation for His people, as revealed in Scripture. He has set our path, determined our future, chosen our members, and defined our mission.

We pray that as you join us, you will experience God’s grace. Our deepest desire is to honor His name in all that we do.

We are eager to meet, see and talk with you and your family!

Our History

Hope Fellowship was started as a plant church in the Zimmerman area in 2024. Reverend Tom Sterneman has led the start of Hope Church - It is a growing church with many local area residents gathering to celebrate their faith in Christ with the desire to learn more about Christ.

"We want to have a relationship with our community to show that love of Christ to all - and lead them to Faith in the One who saves."
